Our Mission

Wealth through
property ownership

Ghana's real estate market has consistently outperformed other asset classes for decades. But access has been locked behind high entry points that exclude most Ghanaians. We're changing that.

By fractionalising premium properties in Accra, Tema, and Greater Accra, we let anyone invest what they can afford - and earn proportional returns.

Transparent Fees

All management and platform fees are clearly disclosed upfront

Consistent Returns

Secure Platform

How We Operate

Simple, fair, transparent

01

Property Acquisition

Our team identifies and acquires premium commercial and residential properties in high-demand Accra corridors based on occupancy rates, rental yield, and appreciation potential.

02

Fractionalisation

Each property is split into shares starting from GHS 50. You purchase as many shares as you wish and immediately become a proportional co-owner earning rental income.

03

Monthly Dividends

Rental income collected each month is distributed to shareholders after management fees (15%) and platform fees (1%). Payouts go directly to your wallet.

04

Exit Anytime

After the initial lock period, list your shares on our Secondary Market at a price you choose. Other investors can buy them, giving you a clean exit without needing to sell the whole property.
