Fractional investing means you buy a portion (a "share") of a property rather than the whole thing. You own that fraction co-jointly with other investors and earn rental income proportional to your stake. AcreTrust Ghana makes this possible from as little as GHS 50.
No. Anyone with a valid identity document and a Ghana mobile money number or bank account can register and invest. International investors may contact us for guidance on payouts.
Register with your Ghana phone number, fund your wallet via MoMo or bank transfer, then browse live properties and invest.
AcreTrust Ghana operates under applicable Ghanaian laws. We recommend reviewing our Disclosures and Terms before investing. As with any investment, past returns are not a guarantee of future performance.
No. Accounts are personal and must be opened and operated by the account holder. Each account is linked to one Ghana mobile number and identity document.
The platform-wide minimum is GHS 50. Some properties may have higher individual minimums based on their funding structure.
Browse live offerings, open a property you like, enter your investment amount (minimum GHS 50, in GHS 50 increments), and confirm. The amount is deducted from your wallet immediately and your holding appears in your portfolio.
Once a property reaches 100% funding, it closes to new investments. Your existing holding continues earning dividends as normal.
Real estate investing carries risk. Property values can fluctuate, rental income may vary, and in extreme scenarios a property may underperform or face legal issues. We select properties carefully to minimise risk, but no investment is guaranteed.
Your investment is locked for 90 days after purchase before you can list it on the Secondary Market. This discourages short-term speculation and protects all investors.
Each property shows an invest amount, return amount, and period (for example GHS 500 invested for GHS 62.50 over 4 weeks). Monthly income estimates are based on the property return profile and scaled to your stake.
Dividends are distributed monthly. Admin runs the payout batch after collecting rental income from each property. You receive an in-app notification when a dividend is credited to your wallet.
No. Dividends depend on actual rental income collected. If a property has a vacancy or maintenance period, the dividend for that period may be lower or zero. Listed return figures are projections, not guarantees.
Go to your Dividends page or check your wallet transaction history - all dividend credits are listed with the property name and period.
Management fee: 15% (covers property management, maintenance, and landlord duties). Platform fee: 1% (covers technology, operations, and administration). Secondary market trade fee: 2% per transaction.
Go to My Wallet, enter an amount, choose MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or Bank Transfer, then upload a clear screenshot of your payment with the transaction ID visible. Admin reviews and approves most deposits within a few hours.
The minimum withdrawal is GHS 50. Available balance must meet this threshold before you can submit a request.
Admin reviews withdrawal requests and sends the payout manually. This typically happens within 1–2 business days. You receive a notification when approved.
No. You can have only one pending withdrawal at a time. The amount is reserved from your available balance while the request is open.
Common reasons: duplicate screenshot (already used in a previous submission), transaction ID not matching the screenshot, or the amount in the image not matching what you entered. Use a fresh, unedited screenshot from your MoMo app or bank.
